Return Process

  Log into your UMRASTORE account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
